What I handle

I help a brand get found twice: on Google, and inside the answers AI assistants give. I plan the work, build the systems that run it, and measure both sides every week.

How a project runs

Step 1 of 6Week 1

Set up access and tracking

Before changing anything, I make sure we can see clearly what is happening today.

  • Access to your website, Google Search Console, GA4 and Tag Manager
  • Tracking checked and fixed, with bot and internal visits filtered out
  • AI crawler logs connected, to see which AI assistants read your pages
  • A record of where you stand today in Google and in AI answers

Step 2 of 6Weeks 2 and 3

Audit your site and plan the work

I find what holds your site back and decide what to do first.

  • A technical, content and backlink audit
  • Competitor research and the searches your buyers make as they decide
  • An AI visibility check: whether AI assistants can reach and mention you
  • A 90-day roadmap ranked by impact, with a clear split of who does what

Step 3 of 6Weeks 3 to 6

Fix the foundation

I fix what blocks growth first, directly in your site's code or CMS, so nothing waits in a queue.

  • Crawling and indexing: sitemaps, robots.txt, redirects and broken pages
  • Structured data that tells Google and AI what each page is about
  • Access for AI crawlers, and a summary file written for them
  • Faster, mobile-friendly pages
  • Site moves and redesigns without losing rankings

Step 4 of 6From month 2

Build pages and content

I build the pages your buyers search for, set up to keep growing after launch.

  • Page templates for products, categories, comparisons and locations
  • Articles and guides planned from real searches, drafted with AI and checked by me
  • Comparison and other pages generated from your own data
  • Translated pages for new markets
  • Press coverage and mentions on other sites

Step 5 of 6Every week

Measure and improve

Search keeps changing, so I watch the numbers every week and act on them.

  • A live dashboard for rankings, clicks and AI visibility
  • Pages close to page one pushed up, and pages losing ground refreshed
  • One priority fix every week
  • A plain-language report each month, and a plan review at 30, 60 and 90 days

Step 6 of 6When you are ready

Hand over to your team

Everything runs on your own accounts, so the work keeps going without me.

  • Playbooks for content, technical checks and reporting
  • Dashboards and automations set up on your accounts
  • Training for the people who take it over
  • Support afterwards, if you want it

Common questions

The questions I hear most before a project starts.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO and GEO?

SEO gets your pages ranked and clicked on Google and Bing. AEO shapes each page so a search engine or an AI assistant can lift the answer and cite it. GEO covers the rest of AI search: whether ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI can read your site, mention your brand and send people to it. AEO and GEO build on SEO, because Google says its AI answers run on the same ranking systems as search.

Do I need an llms.txt file?

It is optional. Google says its search does not use it, and most of these files are never requested. I add one as a low-cost extra, and spend the real effort on crawler access, page structure and mentions.

How do you measure AI visibility?

Four ways: AI crawler logs show which engines read your pages, analytics shows visitors who arrive from AI answers, Google's and Bing's reports show impressions, and a set of buyer questions asked every month shows whether the assistants name you. Crawl counts prove access, and I never report them as citations.

How long until results show?

It depends on the site. On R3, clicks turned upward within weeks of the pages being standardized. On Seya, new articles reached Google's first page within two weeks. On a new site, expect the first months to show impressions before clicks. The baseline from week one lets you see the change from that date.

Do you use AI to write content, and who checks it?

Yes. AI and I work as one team: I plan the topics and the angle, AI researches and drafts inside a pipeline I built, and I edit, fact-check and sign off every piece before it is published. Nothing goes live unread.

Can you work with my developers?

Yes. I prefer access to the code so I can ship changes myself, and when that is not possible I write clear tickets for your developers. I have done both on WordPress, Shopify and custom-built sites.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the size of the site and what it needs, so I quote after a short call. Tell me about your site on the contact page, and I send a plan and my rates by email or on Zalo.
