Your brand should be remembered for the right reason. I set the story and carry it into every page, event and headline.

I define what your brand stands for and how it sounds, then run the events, newsroom and press work that put that story in front of buyers.

  • 28+

    Events planned and run

  • 2,000+

Event registrations, at about 90% satisfaction

  • 40+

Media placements across 15+ top-tier outlets

  • 66+

Official announcements on a newsroom I built

What I handle

I set what a brand stands for, who it is for and how it sounds, in one written source, then carry it everywhere the brand shows up: the website, the sales kit, event series and the newsroom. The rules hold at volume: on R3 they became checks that stop off-brand copy before it publishes.

Book a brand call
  • Brand audit

See what your brand says today across every page and pitch, and where it contradicts itself.

  • Brand positioning and messaging

Get one clear line on who you serve and why you win, written once and used everywhere.

  • Brand voice and guidelines

Sound like one brand on every channel, with a voice guide and checks that catch off-brand copy.

  • Employer branding

Attract the people you want to hire, with a clear employer story and a candidate journey they enjoy.

  • Event series and webinars

Build authority with a series of workshops, webinars and summits, planned once and run on one story.

  • Speaker and partner management

Line up the speakers, partners and vendors who make your events worth attending and help fill the room.

  • Press releases and newsroom

Publish your news on a newsroom you own, with announcements journalists and AI assistants can pick up.

  • Media relations and launch announcements

Get your funding round or launch in front of the right journalists, with pitches written for each outlet.

How a project runs

Step 1 of 6Week 1

Audit your brand and your market

I start with everything your brand already says, then your buyers, your future hires and your competitors.

  • An audit of your voice, messages and claims across pages, decks, posts and job ads
  • Research with customers, sales and recent hires on why they chose you
  • How your competitors position themselves, side by side
  • A look back at past events and press, and what each one brought

Step 2 of 6Weeks 2 and 3

Set the positioning and the voice

I write one source of truth that every page, event, announcement and job post follows.

  • A positioning statement and the line your homepage leads with
  • A message framework, including the story you tell future hires
  • A voice guide with examples for each channel
  • Every claim checked, and the ones you cannot back removed

Step 3 of 6Week 4

Plan the moments ahead

I plan the year's launches, hiring pushes, events and news, each with one goal and one way to measure it.

  • A goal and a measure for every launch, event and announcement
  • An event series plan with topics, formats and dates
  • Speakers, partners and vendors lined up for each event
  • A newsroom calendar, with a media list and pitches for the big moments

Step 4 of 6Weeks 4 to 8

Build the brand into every touchpoint

I make the pages, materials and templates the plan needs, all on the same story.

  • Homepage, key pages and sales kit rewritten to the positioning
  • A candidate journey and recruiting messages for hiring pushes
  • Event pages, key visuals and promotion assets
  • Announcement templates, and checks that catch off-brand copy before it publishes

Step 5 of 6Every event and announcement

Run each event and announcement

I run each moment end to end, then turn it into content that keeps working.

  • Promotion and registration, with every attendee tracked from sign-up to follow-up
  • The event itself, in person, online or hybrid
  • Recordings turned into replays, posts and the next invite
  • Announcements published on your newsroom and pitched to the press

Step 6 of 6After each quarter

Measure, refine and hand over

I check each moment against its goal, adjust the plan, and hand the playbooks to your team.

  • Registrations, satisfaction, press pickup and applications read against each goal
  • What to keep, change or drop in the next quarter's plan
  • The positioning, voice guide, templates and event playbook in one place
  • Support afterwards, if you want it

Common questions

The questions I hear most before a project starts.

Do you design logos and visual identities?

No. I set the positioning, the messages and the voice, and carry them into your pages, sales kit, events and newsroom. For a new logo or visual identity, I work with your designer or build on the brand kit you already have.

What does a brand strategy actually change?

The words people read first. For R3, a product safety site for parents, the positioning became the homepage line "We do the research, so you don't have to", the navigation was rebuilt around it, and two pricing claims the business could not back were removed.

How do you keep the brand consistent when AI writes the content?

The rules go where the work happens. On R3 the voice guide is loaded by every AI writer before it drafts, and an automatic check stops the site from publishing copy that restates a brand fact wrongly. A person still reviews tone and judgment.

Can you run events for us?

Yes. For Filum.ai I ran Vietnam CX Pioneers, a series of 16+ workshops, webinars and a hybrid summit for CX leaders, with 2,000+ registrations at about 90% satisfaction and 30+ speakers, partners and vendors. Every recording became gated content for the next campaign.

Do events bring in leads?

They can, if you track it from the start. At Filum.ai I measured registrations and satisfaction, but I did not tie each event to a deal, so I cannot tell you what the series earned in sales. On your series I set up tracking from registration to pipeline before the first invite goes out.

Can you get us press coverage?

I can get your news in front of the right journalists; they decide what runs. At Filum.ai I built the newsroom from scratch, published 66+ official announcements and ran the funding announcement end to end. That press work is one company's, and I tell you so up front.

Why should PR and search work together?

Because AI assistants and Google lean on what other sites say about you. I build your newsroom to be found and plan announcements and data stories that other sites want to mention, so coverage helps both your reputation and your search.

How much does it cost?

It depends on how much of the brand needs setting, and on how many events and announcements you plan, so I quote after a short call. Tell me about your brand and the moments coming up on the contact page, and I send a plan and my rates by email or on Zalo.
