Growth should show up in your sales numbers. I run the ads, funnels and emails that get it there.

I find the channels that bring paying customers, test offers and creative fast, and move your budget to what the numbers prove works.

  • 3,000+

Leads, sign-ups and registrations brought in

  • 40%

Lower cost per lead on real estate listing ads

  • 15% → 54%

Win rate at an accounting firm once every lead was qualified

What I handle

I run the work that turns attention into leads, sign-ups and sales: ads, landing pages, email, offers and the material a sales team pitches with. Every channel starts with tracking, a clear target and an end date, and you get an answer for each one, even when the answer is no.

How a project runs

Step 1 of 6Week 1

Set up tracking before spend

Before any money goes out, I make sure every lead and sale gets counted.

  • Conversion tracking on every ad platform you use, tested with a real purchase
  • Every form tested end to end, so no sign-up goes to a dead address
  • Lead and sign-up source tracking, so each one shows where it came from
  • A daily numbers update in your team chat or email

Step 2 of 6Weeks 1 and 2

Research your buyers and competitors

I study what already works in your market, then set a target for every channel.

  • Competitors' live ads reviewed for hooks, angles and formats
  • A competitor analysis and a phased launch plan
  • Buyer profiles and interview questions that get past polite answers
  • A target for each channel, with a warning level that flags trouble early

Step 3 of 6Weeks 2 to 4

Build the funnel

I build each path from first click to follow-up once, so the next campaign reuses it.

  • A landing page for each offer, listing or launch
  • Shared checkout blocks reused across launch pages
  • Lead magnets and sign-up forms on the pages people already read
  • Leads sent straight to a text or email follow-up

Step 4 of 6From week 3

Launch and test

I launch with several versions at once and safety limits in place from the first send.

  • Several ad creatives per campaign, in more than one format
  • One angle agreed with you before any copy is written
  • A claims check on every ad and email before it ships
  • Email send caps, quiet hours and stop rules
  • Every flow tested with a real order or click before real contacts get it

Step 5 of 6Every week

Measure and decide

Each channel gets a weekly read and a fixed date to decide on.

  • A weekly scorecard against each target
  • Decision points on set days to cut or keep a channel
  • New creatives tested against the current winner
  • A written close-out with the result and the next step

Step 6 of 6When you are ready

Hand over to your team

The playbooks and kits stay with your team, so the work keeps going without me.

  • Playbooks for ad copy and landing pages
  • A sales kit your team can pitch with
  • Alerts when a send or a tracked job fails
  • Support afterwards, if you want it

Common questions

The questions I hear most before a project starts.

What is the difference between growth marketing and product marketing?

Growth marketing brings people in and turns them into leads and customers: ads, landing pages and email. Product marketing decides what you say about the product and to whom: positioning, pricing and tiers, and the kit your sales team uses. I do both, because a campaign works better when the offer behind it is clear. On R3 I designed the free and Premium tiers and wrote the email program that brings parents back.

Which channels do you run?

Paid social ads, landing pages, lifecycle email and cold email are where my live work is. For a US real estate brand, two Meta listing campaigns brought 56 leads in four weeks. I have set up tracking and keyword research for Google, Bing and TikTok ads, but I have not yet run a search campaign as the main channel, and I tell you that up front.

What happens if a channel doesn't work?

I end the test on the date we agreed and tell you the result. For WhippleWood I ran a 5-email cold sequence to 46 franchise owners. Two replied, neither was interested, and no meetings came from it. I closed it on schedule and recommended moving the effort to warmer prospects.

How do you test ads?

I run several creatives in one ad set, let delivery show which one brings leads, then keep adding new versions against the winner. On the real estate listings, one static image per property brought 93% of the leads, while carousels brought close to none. That shows what wins, though it is not a strict A/B test, so for a question that needs a clean answer I set up a split test.

Do you use AI to write ads and emails, and how do you keep the claims safe?

AI and I work as one team. It drafts inside a structure I set, and I pick the angle with you, check every fact against your product sheet and sign off before anything ships. For Seya Health, a supplement brand where health claims are tightly limited, a script checks every ad for banned claims. It caught seven issues a careful read had missed.

How soon will I see results?

It depends on the channel. Paid ads show leads within days of launch: the real estate campaigns had 56 leads after four weeks. Lifecycle email takes a few weeks to build and test before it sends, and Seya's 24 emails went live five weeks after the work started. I set a review date for every channel at the start.

How much does it cost?

It depends on the channels, how much needs building and your ad budget, so I quote after a short call. Tell me about your offer and your current numbers on the contact page, and I send a plan and my rates by email or on Zalo.

Let's find out which channels work for you

Tell me what you sell, who buys it and what you have tried so far. I reply within one working day.
