Fiber gummy supplements formulated for women.
Seya Health launched with one marketer covering its search, site, ads, email and content, so I built each as a system instead of a task list. Non-branded search queries went from 6 to 2,034 in three months.

The services
SEO, AEO and GEO
2,034non-branded search queries, from 6148non-branded queries in Google's top 1043%of search impressions now from translated pages- Set Seya's search strategy as three connected plays: topical authority, commercial capture of comparison and buying-intent searches, and a citable proprietary data asset, backed by a topical map, a prioritized keyword bank, and a claims-compliance framework.
- Built the bottom-of-funnel search layer: a competitor comparison page program, buying-guide content, and an FSA/HSA reimbursement hub mapped to high-intent searches.
- Owned the site's technical and operating foundation end to end: hub-and-spoke internal linking, URL and redirect governance, indexing controls, and structured data on articles and comparison pages.
- Scaled the same search architecture into seven languages as a distribution tactic, not a translation afterthought, now about 43% of total impressions.
- Prepared Seya for AI answer engines: a brand entity plan, answer-first page formats with FAQ and HowTo schema, and a proprietary data study built to earn citations and links.

Web design and development
2,298sessions in 30 days, up 434%52page templates on 3 shared buy-box components- Owned Seya's Shopify commerce foundation end to end: a theme with reusable buy-box components, checkout and subscriptions shared across every launch page.
- Rebuilt two competitor pages structurally from a measured teardown, since neither could be copied directly.
- Owned ad-platform readiness end to end across Meta, TikTok, Bing and Google Ads: pixels, conversion tags and tracking verification confirmed live before a dollar of spend went out.
- Owned the website release process end to end: moving page delivery onto a version-controlled, reviewed deploy workflow after direct pushes started failing without warning.
- Built an integrity audit that catches a live page serving the wrong content before a customer does, and a repeatable landing-page system that puts a new launch page live on the same shared components instead of a new build.

Growth and product marketing

- Owned the paid-media creative system end to end: competitor hook and angle research, a locked-skeleton rewrite method, and a compliance scan run before anything ships.
- Built the compliance-safe ad-whitelisting layer: three brand-free publisher sites that let paid media run without carrying the brand's own compliance exposure.
- Owned the D2C lifecycle and cold-outreach email programs end to end: send cadence, a forced platform migration, and a send mechanism built around the sending platform's own scheduling limit.
- Proved every revenue-facing flow end to end, a full order or a full click-through, before trusting it with real contacts.

AI image production
6AI spokesperson looks from one brief, reused across every channel24AI videos produced: UGC, avatars and product reels29,891TikTok views across the account's videos, this system's native format- Owned Seya's AI social-content image process end to end: brief, generate, check against the brand's design system, identity and voice, then approve.
- Developed Seya's AI spokesperson look into 6 approved versions from one brief, different ages, skin tones and styles including a gray-hair variant, reused consistently across the website, Amazon and storefront.
- Built the compositing method for complex scenes: product, avatar and background generated and assembled as separate, classified layers rather than one prompt.
- Designed and generated the key visual system for product carousels and brand imagery, reused across the PDP and Amazon A+ modules.

Content strategy and production

- Wrote the reusable editorial playbook behind the ad-whitelisting publisher network, built to run on any new client site.
- Shipped the first publisher site's daily publishing cadence.

The challenge
Seya Health needed an entire marketing function built from zero, with one person running it. From July 2026 I built six connected systems instead of six separate jobs: search and content, the Shopify site and its landing pages, the ad-creative and compliance-scan pipeline, the D2C and cold-outreach email programs, AI image and video production, and a three-site ad-whitelisting publisher network.
Search carried the clearest proof. Non-branded queries went from 6 to 2,034 between February and September 2026, with 148 reaching Google's top 10, and translated pages, built by the same automation, now earn 43% of total impressions. Around search, the other five systems run every week: the site ships a new launch page on shared components instead of a new build each time, the email programs run on their own send-cadence logic, and the publisher network runs on one shared, automated pipeline instead of three separate ones.
Every system was built solo, so each one had to prove itself before it could be trusted: a scripted compliance scan that catches what a hand-check misses, a theme audit that catches a live page serving the wrong content, and a cold-email program that survived a forced platform switch one day before launch without missing the date.
Seya Health sells fiber, creatine and cycle-and-hormone supplements formulated for women, sold online. It is a Renn Labs partner business: an external client, not a Renn-owned venture, run under an embedded-marketing-team arrangement rather than a fixed scope of deliverables.
Its customers are US women researching a specific health concern, fiber intake, PMS, perimenopause, who land on a comparison or buying-guide page from search or a paid ad, and who need the brand's health claims to read as credible and compliant in a tightly regulated category.
I joined in July 2026 as Seya's only hands-on marketer, building search, the site, ad creative, email and AI visual production myself.
Where it started
No site, no ads, no content, one person
Seya needed a production Shopify store, launch creative, and a content program before any paid ad could safely run, with no team behind any of it.
Nobody was looking for Seya
Before July 2026, Seya showed up in Google only when someone already typed its name, in a category where health claims are tightly limited.
Shopify fails quietly
A theme push can succeed against the wrong theme, and a published page can silently fall back to stock demo content, both with zero error. An audit caught about ten live pages doing exactly that.
A cold-email platform switch, one day before launch
The client's final call moved the cold-outreach program from one sending platform to another with the launch date already set, forcing a full rebuild under a real deadline.

My approach
I handled 5 services for Seya Health. Each one below follows the same path: the problem, the solution, how I built it and when, the results, and what I took from it.
Six systems feed the same store. Search and content bring people in, the Shopify theme and its landing pages turn that attention into a purchase, the ad-creative and email systems bring people back, AI image and video production supply the visuals both need, and the ad-whitelisting publisher network opens a paid-media channel the brand’s own compliance exposure couldn’t carry alone. Built solo, so every one of them had to prove itself before it could be trusted.

The impact
Seya now gets found by people who never heard of the brand. Non-branded search queries went from 6 to 2,034 between February and September 2026, with 148 reaching Google's top 10, and translated pages, in six languages, now carry 43% of all search impressions, up from none before the localization work shipped.
The rest of the brand now runs on systems instead of one-off work. A new launch page ships on shared checkout components instead of a new build each time. The cold-outreach and lifecycle email programs survived a forced platform switch one day before launch and still reached real contacts on schedule. And a three-site publisher network runs on one shared, automated editorial pipeline, with its first article live and one more scheduled daily.
- A search channel that didn't exist before July 2026, growing in both English and six other languages
- A Shopify site that ships a new launch page without rebuilding checkout from scratch
- A compliance scan that catches real claim and style issues before anything ships
- A D2C lifecycle and cold-outreach email program, tested end to end before going live
- Three AI avatar looks and a video pipeline, reused across every channel instead of a new shoot
- A three-site publisher network running on one shared, automated pipeline
